By utilizing an array of directional signage as well as balloons, advertisements, and online marketing, a successfull open house will get the word out about your home. Our Yard Sign - We were purposeful in designing the sign that will be placed in your yard. Our signs are made of reflective paneling colored in red, white, and black. It is almost as if our yard sign tells interested buyers to "STOP AND LOOK" when driving by at night. Our sign can be seen on the home page of this website in a photo taken during the daytime. We designed our sign to be much different from most agencies black angle-iron signs. We wanted our sign to sit up high off the road and be visible from outer space. Well, it isn't visible from outer space...but you get the point. Another very important feature of our sign is that the telephone number forwards buyer's phone calls to all members of our team. This is important because you never want to miss a buyer's sign call. When a buyer calls there are multiple agents waiting to answer their questions about the home.
